We’re building a small, distributed team of application specialists who submit job applications on behalf of our customers. We pay fair local wages, work flexible hours, and treat the work as a craft, not a sweatshop task.
What you’ll do
- Read each customer’s brief, CV and target roles.
- Source relevant job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Workable and others.
- Submit applications by hand with personalised cover letters.
- Log every submission in our internal dashboard with status updates.
- Update statuses when recruiters reply.
Who we’re hiring
We hire remote specialists who live in countries where remote work for international clients pays well in local terms. We currently accept applications from:

We’re not currently hiring in the UK, US, EU, Canada or Australia. That’s a deliberate choice about where this work pays best, not a quality judgement.
What we look for
- Strong written English. You’ll be writing for hiring managers in the UK and US, so the bar is high. We test for this in onboarding.
- Detail orientation. The work rewards people who care about getting it right.
- A reliable internet connection and a private workspace. You’ll be handling customer credentials.
- 15+ hours a week of consistent availability. Most specialists work 25–35 hours per week with us.
How it works

- If we move forward, we’ll do a short (~30-min) video call to walk through the role and ask a few writing questions.
- Approved applicants complete a paid training programme covering customer confidentiality, application quality, and our internal tools.
- You get assigned customers and start doing the work.
